Here's what you may expect with VIP Coaching
Consultation: You’ll get a free 15-minute consultation to see if this experience is a good fit for you. When you’re ready to commit, we will plan a 60 minute phone call or Skype Coaching Session.
- Pricing: The VIP Coaching is priced at $250.00 per hour or in packages. 3 sessions for $675.00, 5 sessions for $1075.00, or 10 sessions for $2000.00. I also offer special packages that includes multiple sessions per week for 1, 3, and 6 months and a year. The multiple session package includes weekly phone or Skype calls, supportive and accountability emails or text messages each day during the work week, and $500.00 one international retreat facilitated by Dr. Kristen Brendel. Customizable packages are also available with 1, 3, 6, and 12 month packages. Train with me!
- Methods: My methods are based on neuropsychology, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness-based interventions, and all techniques are evidence-based practices.
- The results: Most clients report feeling relief or a greater confidence after one session. Coaching clients have gone on to change careers, increase motivation, self-confidence, self-image, and financial and fitness goals, and reduce anxiety and stress, and create abundance.
